Version 3.6.0 is the Shield Update: we strengthened everything that protects your server day to day. On the menu: DISCON, a danger level you set in one click, an Automod that filters other servers and files, bot arrivals under control, and a new setup wizard.

🚨 DISCON, your alert level​

Modeled on DEFCON, DISCON gives your server a five-notch danger level. You change it in one click, with /discon or from a panel for the team, and RaidProtect hardens the server by itself at each level.

  • A graduated response: verification, captcha required for every newcomer, DM Lock, raid mode, lockdown. The higher the level, the tighter the protections, and everything goes back to normal when it comes down.
  • A panel anywhere: it is published in a text channel, or in the chat of a voice channel.
  • A status voice channel (Premium) shows the current level, so the whole team sees it at a glance.

🧹 A more complete Automod​

  • Other servers: the new Other servers filter checks invites, forwarded messages, channel or event links and tags from other servers. Block wild advertising without touching your partners, as a blocklist or an allowlist.
  • File extensions: the File extensions filter blocks groups of extensions (executables, archives, documents…) or allows only the ones you choose, server-wide or channel by channel. An .exe renamed to .png no longer gets through: we recognize disguised files.
  • ScamLens: the custom image catalog (Premium) blocks your own scam images, on top of our database.

🛡️ Anti-spam and HoneyPot​

  • Preventive slowmode (Premium): the slowmode of your channels adjusts itself to hold the message rate you set, and goes back down when the channel calms.
  • "Spam" channels can now be monitored by the anti-spam, instead of always being ignored.
  • HoneyPot: a delay before sanction gives a good-faith member time to say they made a mistake, and both the ban and the jail can become permanent.

👋 Better-guarded arrivals​

  • An antibot: give bots their own roles, and automatically kick any bot added without your approval. The owner lets one in with /bypass bot.
  • A smarter captcha: the Smart trigger also checks newcomers whose account looks suspicious, outside of raids.
  • A captcha in your colors: on a Premium server, your server's icon replaces the RaidProtect logo in the verification.
  • The minimum account age now puts the account in quarantine until the required age, lifted automatically on the right date.

⚖️ For your moderation team​

  • Synced quarantine: the new Quarantine sanction follows Discord's quarantine, and each message blocked by Discord's AutoMod leaves a silent warning in the history.
  • /lock on a category locks all its channels at once, and the silent option of /lock, /unlock and /slowmode acts without announcing anything in the channel.
  • A default message deletion on ban, which you set once and for all.

🧭 A new setup wizard​

The new /setup wizard guides you section by section, suggests the protections suited to your server and finishes with an audit preview.
